Tatum’s Tuesday Tips? Oil your hands before rolling your meat and/or meatless balls. This prevents the meat(less)balls from sticking to your hands. Additionally, remove your rings. I forget this too often. Pieces of the recipe get stuck in the settings. So, without further ado, dip your hands in olive oil (ghee or avocado oil or grape seed oil) rub those hands together and get to rolling.
