Tatum’s Tuesday Tips : Safety first. Secure your cutting boards with grip liner.
Simply cut a grip liner slightly smaller than your cutting board creating a secure non-bulky safety mat. That’s it. Added bonus, this grip liner can be washed with warm soap water, rinsed and hung on your faucet to air dry. Safe and economical. Oh, and don’t forget to oil your bamboo cutting board about ten times of so times after each use to reduce chances of a splitting and bowing board. And of course, please sharpen your knives.
