What do you do when you can’t seem to use all of that beautiful full-fat yogurt (milk, buttermilk or heavy cream)? You freeze it and have it readily available for your next smoothie (or recipe). Make sure that you stir the yogurt before pouring into your cube trays or molds. The consistency will also freeze slightly different but you will still get the benefits of the yogurt. You could always just buy more but why let a good thing go to waste. Right, St. Benoit?

Don’t let those yogurts (or milk) go to waste. Freeze them. Once frozen, pop them out of the trays and put them in a freezer bag. Don’t forget to measure and label accordingly.
