Snack Time

I love a snack. This one is easy. Melt, roll or dip, and cool to dry. To melt the chocolate, there are a couple of options. I use a bowl over boiling water, bain-marie style. Be sure not to let the boiling water touch the bowl or the chocolate. If you have a microwave, I am the minority here, melt your chocolate that way. I will still argue the bowl pot method melts chocolate products better. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or Sil Pat. Place your rolled dipped breadsticks here to dry. Store in air right container, if you don’t manage to eat them all first. Taking multiple photos of this sweet treat to post on social media, optional.
