Flax Egg. The Egg Alternative.

It may be common knowledge, maybe not. If you know, excellent. If you don’t, here you go. Tatum’s Tuesday Tip: flaxseeds offer an excellent egg alternative to your vegan baking needs. Especially when you are over the applesauce and banana flavors.

1 Tablespoon of Flaxseed meal (I grind my seeds to make this)

3 Tablespoons of water

Combine ingredients and refrigerate for 15-30 minutes or freeze for 10 minutes. Overnight is great too.
