Chocolate Covered Coffee

It is Spring. I have a cold.? Or the flu? Allergies? Something. I need coffee. I am out. So, before I can offer any super short major helpful tips of any kind (moving forward will most likely be a sentence, a photo or a video), like how to make money blogging, for example, or any other random “how to” such as this, coffee is in order. Standing in my kitchen, in front of the open cupboard staring as if the longer I stare coffee may appear, I spy. I spy, Edelweiss Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans. I do the next most logical thing of course. I eat all the chocolate off the espresso beans, grind the beans, boil the water, pour into the French Press and wait for the French Press. Pour coffee into a cup. Smell. Smile. Drink. I am very proud and have a sugar high. Dark chocolate has antioxidants (right!? helping with the common cold!?) and most certainly chocolate is the yang to the yin. Yin, in this case, obviously, the coffee. Conclusion? Tatum’s Tuesday Tip? Always have the Edelweiss Chocolate covered espresso beans in the cupboard.

All Photos taken with my iPhone. In a hurry. I am half asleep and groggy.
