Eggs. A Hair Mask and Face Mask Food

When washing eggs out of hair, make sure water is on the cooler side.  The eggs will scramble in your hair.  If you are vegan, this post isn’t for you.  I’ll feature one soon.  Eggs are a brain food, depending on who you ask, of course.  Depending on the diet, also, a diet food also depending on who you ask.  Eggs as it turns out are great when  used topically.  Hair and skin soak up the benefits.  No yolk. That was me making a joke that I normally wouldn’t make. Indulge me, please.  Today it’s funny to me. “No Yolk”.  The ladies in Korea town know what is up with the beauty spa regimes and almost always incorporate some kitchen ingredients.  I often get scrubbed and rinsed in milk and massaged in honey and soak in tea.  Eggs, no exception.  Allure Magazine validates this with an article featuring eggs in face wash from February’s 2016 issue.  Korea has managed to bottle this to some this favorite kitchen staple.   I’ve Been Washing My Face with Egg Whites and My Pores have Never Looked Better.    I have yet to try this product yet.  I go straight to the fridge for the testing though.  I have know Epsom salt to be good for closing my pores, I didn’t know egg whites could be as good. Yep, they are great for that.  I also use the eggs pictured below in my hair after reading Egg White Lemon Hair Mask| Cleansing & Dandruff Control. The hair certainly feels soft.  Skin too and pore size seems reduced.  Although this could be the power of suggestion.  It takes more than one use to see a difference.  And not to mention, but I am mentioning, economical too. Far less expensive than the La Mer at Saks Fifth Avenue.  A beauty DIY I recommend.  All you need is, eggs, a fork, spoon or whisk to scramble, a towel, shower cap and a bowl.  Let the eggs sit on your clean wet hair for fifteen to twenty minutes. Shower cap is helpful here.  You can also mix with your shampoo.  I like to use them on by themselves.  My preference. I’ll continue a few times a month to see if I notice a difference.  Too much proteins in the hairs isn’t good especially for processed hairs so if you proceed to the hairs, know this.  Have fun!

Until Next Time…
